• A 6-month minimum term agreement applies
• Postcode exclusivity relates to an agent office location and not the location of any listed properties
• Client postcode exclusivity applies to Independent Agencies only
• Only specific postcode details (to be agreed at time of reservation) will apply
• Additional postcodes can be purchased, if available
• Introductory offer includes 60 x Valuation Reports, 30 x Property Brochures and 6 x Digital Magazines over a 6-month period only
• Additional Valuation Reports and Property Brochures can be purchased
• A choice of 3 template styles are available for selection as part of the introductory offer
• Once a template theme is selected, it will apply for the term of the 6-month agreement
• Bespoke templates can be created for a one-off fee
• Up to 6 properties can be promoted per digital magazine as part of the introductory offer
• The Publisher is not responsible for errors or omissions in any content provided by the client
• Author amends to published copy may be subject to an amendment fee
• Payment will be via Direct Debit or Standing Order only
• Full payment will be taken 30 days from release of first publish date
• All prices exclude VAT @ 20%
• If additional items are required by the client, rates and pricing will be confirmed at time of agreement
• All pricing information shall be the confidential information of the publisher, and may not be disclosed without obtaining publisher’s prior written consent
• Publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions.
